Where's The Press?
Maggie of http://www.maggiesnotebook.blogspot.com/ and many other blogsites seem to have successfuly simplified and promoted my story in an easier format. A story without a follow up is just a story, easily forgotten for the reader but it can mean the life of a victim. As you have read, I was offered a plea by the State Attorney's Office to do as little as 10 months but I had to drop my civil case against Pete Moore. If I didn't plea, I faced 90 years in prison. This is the epitomy of a Bully!
One man has the power to arrest my wife and then let her go. She is a local professional in 2 counties. What did this do to her reputation? After seeing how she was arrested for doing nothing wrong and after over $50,000 was spent to defend her, none of my peers dare show their face for fear of like treatment by the State Attorney's Office. They abused their power and purposefully bullied an innocent spouse to get to me. They can do this to you and your family too. I am not just fighting for me and my family.
Google "Russ Edgar, racketeering". This man gives life sentences to innocent people in order to bully them into a plea. He threatens to arrest spouses and employees. Face a life sentence or submit to the power of the State Attorney. His corruption is public information available on the internet.

I am merely showing where the State Attorney's wife and Pete Moore and his wife are more than just acquaintances. The attempt on my life by Gonzalez Jr. in December 2007 was swept nicely under the carpet. The case has recently been re-activated and I have signed the documents to have Gonzalez Jr. arrested for his home invasion. Let's see if the PNJ or WEAR 3 will mention this. Will they continue to ignore the truth and turn a deaf ear? The State Attorney's Office wants the Gonzalez killings to look like a bunch of morons, however, they did murder 2 people and leave with a safe in less than 5 minutes. Could you have accomplished this feat?
The proof Gonzalez Jr. is a Hitman for Hire can be seen at Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Department Case #07-012258. If it walks like and duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. What is the difference between tresspassing and a home invasion? Gonzalez Jr. broke into my garage then opened my utility room door to enter my home. He met me on the other side of the door, face to face, eyes wide open. I caught up to him at his SUV as he struggled to get the door shut. His vehicle was parked on the wrong side of the road, running with the lights off and the driver's side door opened. No one, until now, even inquired. WEAR 3 called me after Rick's Blog ran an article about Gonzalez Jr. breaking into my home. They requested an interview and I referred them to my website first. The story never ran.

Why is the Pensacola Media Silent? Could it be that major contributors to their advertising budget are involved with these contract hits? Their absence of reporting the local news confirms my suspicion that they know the truth or at least suspect and will not contribute to it. Imagine how many papers these headlines would sell:

Pete Moore claimed I stole over 50 cars from him. Why was this never reported to the Sheriff's Department or the Insurance Company for PMC? If I stole just one car from you, wouldn't you report me to anybody? Pete Moore never reported this to anyone. He was never a victim.

Gonzalez Jr. Admits Contract Hit Paid By Car Dealers
www.RicksBlog.biz and www.Maggiesnotebook.blogspot.com has posted the numerous articles shedding more light on the car dealers' connection to the Billings Killings. I have been telling authorities since December 2007 that there was an attempt on my life. The corruption runs much deeper than just the local car dealers. Conspiracy is the word most commonly used but scoffed at.
The Cover Up:
On the night Gonzalez broke into my home, I knew it was an attempt on my life. No Doubt. The moment I mentioned to the officers that I was involved in a large civil suit against Pete Moore, the brooms came out and swept everything away. Despite my insistence that they investigate potential planting of evidence, they would only document my concern but would not follow through.
Gonzalez mentions in Deputy Chavers report that he feared for his family and requested to speak with the FBI. I have also been speaking with the FBI and other government agencies. District 1 has been needing to be cleaned up for many years. The government agencies have assured me that they are working on this process. This is not a Hollywood script, this is a real case of Murder, conspiracy and corruption.
Example:
I went to the Dept. of Banking and Finance. When they learned it was involving Pete Moore, they pulled out the broom sweeping me back to the State Attorney's Office and ECSO.
I went to the Florida Bar and out comes the broom sweeping me back to the State Attorney's Office and ECSO..
I went to the Ethics Commission and out comes the broom sweeping me back to the State Attorney's Office and ECSO.
I went to the Governor's office and their broom was called "separation of powers".
I went to the FDLE and out comes the broom sweeping me back to the State Attorney's Office and ECSO.
And they say the used car dealers are like a private club with a lifetime President, well it's nothing compared to the "collusion" with these agencies. I have the proof. I'm not telling you the doors were closed, they just led me back to the place I was reporting.
Last, but certainly not least, it was explained to me about "why" I was getting nowhere.
The Attorney General's office for the state of Florida explained it best:
"If you sue any one of these agencies in the State of Florida, we represent them if they are State regulated."
Although I informed them I was not interested in suing, I was reporting the corruption involved in my case and how I have been wrongfully convicted. I reported how the evidence in my case had "left" the ECSO and been turned over by Deputy Buzbee to Pete Moore's civil attorneys, circumventing the legal process involving the Clerk of the Courts. Again, I was referred back to the local State Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Department.
I testified in trial that the prosecutor's evidence was tampered with. But it was not until after my trial that I found out the "who, where, when and why".
Read the quote from one of Pete Moore's civil attorneys to the Florida Bar Complaint:
"I was working for the lawfirm Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews PA., Pete Moore Chevrolet's insurer, retained to represent PMC in allegations made by MT in a civil lawsuit Case no. 2004-CA-000669. I contacted Investigator Busbee and inquired if I could make copies of these records and he reported that he would allow me to make copies of the six banker's boxes of records he had if I would organize and index the records and provide him a summary of what the records showed. I made copies of the records, indexed them, and sent Investigator Busbee a copy of the indexed records along with a brief memorandum of my summary of the records. "
His "brief memorandum" he submitted to the Sheriff's Department can be viewed under the "Bar Complaints" section on my home page. This is the smoking gun that answers the "who, where, when and why". There is more, lots and lots more; at least 5 attorneys gone bad along with other regulators and law enforcement officers. These documents and others including video and audiotapes support my conspiracy claim, but all this took place BEFORE the DAVID MORGAN administration. HIS SHERIFF'S DEPT. is not involved in the conspiracy. Although some officers may know more than they are telling him.

I am new at this and next week I may have the kinks worked out of this. But for now I'd like to say that I am not posting some of your blogs due to their content. A blog space is not for slandering anyone, although I am in agreement with what a lot of you have said. Those things will surface.

Yes the we are all car people. Car People talk to each other and I do know a lot more than I have shared so far. I am meeting with investigators with the federal government periodically. Once again Rick's Blog at www.ricksblog.biz/?p=7169 is more suited to answer things going on today in the Sheriff's Department.

The IRS and the FBI do things in their own time. I have been dealing with both agencies.
What did Rick get out of the deal between Pete and me?
Rick puts the deals together. If you don't take care of Rick, Rick won't take care of you. Rick and I were the best of friends until Pete's greed separated us. Rick is a negotiator skilled in getting what he wants, like all great negotiators can. I do not communicate with any of these parties unless it is through legal counsel.
Why didn't get an offer to buy my sentence off from the State?
I also know about numerous people who were given the same deal as your friends, but the money figures were different. Here is how it works: At the end of the year, the State's budget gets low. This is when deals like this get made. Rich Richardson, seen in my YouTube, told me before he went to jail, that he gave the State a check thru his attorney Ross Keene for $20,000.
This bought him a year off his sentence. Kip Dye, another friend, bought a year off for $10,000.
Rich said he asked his attorney if it was legal. The reply was "Russ does it all the time".
My trial took place in the first quarter of the year.

Money owed to Pete Moore
Dear Anonymous,
I am not sure what the deal was between Pete Moore and Cab and Bud. I am no longer in the car business. However, I do deal with boats from time to time. A friend who recently bought a boat from Pete Moore's GM Rick Hamilton told me, without me asking, that everyone now has to pay Pete Moore with a cashier's check because of the money Bud and Cab owed Rick and Pete. Now, if Bud borrowed money from Rick , he could have got it in cash or a check. If he borrowed money from Pete, he probably got it in the form of cars like I did.
If Bud didn't pay for cars sold in Mexico, it is probably true about the money owed.

The Billings connection with Pete Moore Chevrolet
As a former car wholesaler, I have had my fair share of dealings with Bud Billings. He was a jolly fellow who was fun to run into in the car business.
The fact is though, that like most industries, the insiders like to talk about what everyone else is doing and the car business is a buzz with talk about why Bud and his wife may have been killed. Let me tell you about an incident that happened to me on Dec 16, 2007.
It was a cool, clear winter night, late in the evening and I had fallen asleep watching TV with my youngest child. Suddenly, my wife rushed in to to wake me because she heard the garage door open and she believed someone was in the garage.
I grabbed a bottle that was sitting on the counter and went to investigate. As I reached for the door, someone on the other side was already turning the knob. The door cracked and I pulled it all the way open. My wife and I were face to face with an intruder. I will never forget the look of surprise on his face. It was the same look of surprise that was on my face later when I saw him in the news as a primary suspect in the murder of Bud and Melanie Billings, Patrick (Poff) Gonzales.
Obviously caught off guard, Gonzales ran to his blue Ford Explorer. I chased after him as he turned and ran he responded "wrong house!" Gonzales got into his truck which was running and pointed out of the neighborhood with the driver's door open. As he tried to close the door, I grabbed the door handle and struggled with him. I tried to smash his window out with the bottle that I had but only broke my bottle.
I, of course, filed a police report but at the time, no one knew who this clean cut man white man was. The fact is that for two to three minutes I had pleanty of time to look at this guy. I will NEVER forget him and when I saw him featured in the media as a central figure in the Billings case I was stunned.
I met Bud Billings at Pete Moore Chevrolet. As a matter of fact, Laura Hamilton, who you see featured in my YouTube videos worked for Bud Billings when Bud Came over in the early 80's. When she married Rick Hamilton (Pete Moores right hand man) I was the best man in the wedding.
